Personal training: I will assess your current fitness level, medical history, and goals, and create a customized program that includes exercises, nutrition advice, and lifestyle tips. I will also monitor your progress, provide feedback and motivation, and adjust your program as needed.

 

Strength and conditioning: I will prescribe specific training programs that improve your strength, power, speed, agility, endurance, and mobility. I will also teach you proper exercise technique, injury prevention strategies, and recovery methods. I will work with you to enhance your performance in your sport or occupation.

 

Exercise therapy: I will work with you to improve your physical and mental well-being if you have chronic conditions, injuries, or disabilities that affect your mobility, function, or quality of life. I will develop individualized exercise plans that are tailored to your needs, abilities, and goals. I will also teach you how to perform the exercises correctly and safely.

 

Nutrition coaching: I will help you make smarter and healthier food choices that support your overall well-being. I will assess your current eating habits, nutritional needs, and health goals, and provide personalized recommendations and strategies that are realistic and sustainable. I will also educate you on the basics of nutrition science.

 

Yoga instruction: I will guide you through the practice of yoga, a system of physical, mental, and spiritual exercises that originated in India. I will teach you how to perform various yoga postures, breathing techniques, and meditation practices that aim to improve your health, flexibility, strength, balance, and relaxation. I will also create a safe and comfortable environment for you to practice yoga. I will also help you develop a deeper understanding of yoga philosophy and its principles.

 

Tactical conditioning: I will apply scientific knowledge to physically train you for the high-demands of tactical occupations or those who want to train like them. I will design and implement safe and effective workouts that target your needs and goals. I will also conduct fitness assessments, monitor your progress and recovery, and collaborate with other coaches and health care providers.

 

Dance instruction: I will teach you various styles of dance to improve your coordination, rhythm, expression, and confidence. I will choreograph routines and select music for dance recitals or concerts. I will also evaluate your performance and provide feedback and suggestions for improvement.
